Summer
Cold and dry, with a constant temperature around 5°C to 8°C, and with temperatures sometimes going up to 12°C. The dry fresh air is very bearable. In summer, sea temperature goes from 2°C to 6°C. The midnight sun is from 19th April to 23rd August.

Spring
The average temperature is from -6°C to -13°C in April, and from -1°C to -4°C in May, with variations from –30°C to above zero.
Differences in temperature are harsher in spring and the wind is generally fiercer.
