Supervision, equipment, food and boat trip. Return flight Paris-Longyearbyen.

Price excludes :
Personal spending, drinks, Longyearbyen Museum entrance, last meal in restaurant in Longyearbyen.

Temperature :
Average from -1°C and -4°C in May (sometimes above zero degrees, but can also drop to -30° with occasional fierce winds).

Light :
Constant daylight.

Accomodation :
2-man tents and mess tent for meals. Guesthouse in Longyearbyen.

Equipment supplied :
Tents, skis and ski-boots (fur lined), winter clothing (down jacket), sleeping bags, camping equipment, pulkas.

Difficulty level :
This is completely dependent on weather conditions, so can differ from ‘easy’ to ‘very difficult’.

Skiing level :
You will need to able to snow-plough correctly.

Altitude :
Most trips take place at low altitude, with a maximum of 700 metres of altitude difference for one or two stopovers.
